PROJECT QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Location: Ascot, Berkshire.
Nature: Permanent, Full Time.
Package: Up to £50k.
20 days holiday, plus 2 office closure days over Christmas.
Payment of RICS fees.
Discretionary bonus.

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the Englefield Green office.
Our project workload is largely in the education, higher education, residential and care sectors with values ranging from £500k to £10M.
We welcome applications from those local to our offices, with a minimum of 5 years PQS experience in the sectors we have outlined above.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for entire project delivery.
Cost planning and value engineering.
Advising on procurement and contract.
Measuring and preparing tender packages.
Cost reporting.
Tracking and valuing changes.
Negotiating and agreeing accounts.
Attending and chairing meetings.
Skills and Requirements
MRICS preferable.
PQS experience in our key market sectors and project values.
CA / Project Management experience mandatory.
Client facing.
