HDC may also collect personal data about you from third parties, such as references from former employers.

 

This data will be stored on email and our internal IT systems whereby general access is restricted and can only be viewed by designated personnel.

We collect information about you to manage and administer the employment of staff and to suitably respond to your enquiries.  If you agree, we may also contact you about any of our services which we feel may be of interest to you.

 

HDC will not share your information for marketing purposes with any companies or third parties.

 

If there is potential for us to partner on a project, we may also send your details to, or use information from, credit reference and fraud prevention agencies.

 

Collected data is reviewed at 12 monthly periods and deleted from all email and IT systems if deemed to no longer be relevant.  However, data deemed relevant could be held for an indefinite period, subject to the withdrawal of you consent.
