Working Title Films Head Office

The project involved the development of a high specification and unique office space for Working Title Films, one of the UK’s leading film producers.

Principal features include:

- 18,850 sq ft of office space over six floors.

- 40 seat, acoustically sealed cinema screening room with entertainment and catering facilities.

- Single spine steel staircases linking primary working spaces.

- Custom steel glazed partitions.

- Bespoke concrete reception desk.

- Multi-coloured, custom designed office joinery units.

- Oak flooring throughout.

The building was delivered to a high standard with HDC playing an active role throughout as the Client Agent, Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor.
