St Peter's Hospital Endoscopy Expansion and Neurophysiology Relocation
A project consisted of a courtyard infill within the main departmental building of St Peter’s Hospital.
The building was erected using a steel frame with timber infill floors and roof. A Sarnafil single layer membrane roof was installed. The construction was over three floors and was built within a confined site with difficult access.
Included were new consulting rooms, treatment rooms, patient areas and administrative staff areas.
The building was heavily serviced with an air handling unit placed on the roof.
Cost parameters on the project were significant to the client. Therefore, it was important that we managed to deliver the project on budget and met the client’s quality expectations.
