Medicine Bar

This project comprised of the following elements: Internal refurbishment of bar/trade area, BOH offices, Male, female and gender-neutral WC’s; garden reconfiguration and external decoration

The venue, designed with an industrial concept, centres around the new enclosed zinc clad and scaffold bar.  It can now serve as an evening venue and a high-quality modern sub dividable functional space for student groups, academic departments and professional services.

The reconfigured enclosed garden with a resin finish and timber gazebo, now offers a robust space which compliments the woodland setting.

This project was executed by three specialist contractors, programmed to deliver the project concurrently within a period of 10 weeks.  A procurement strategy developed to achieve speed and value for money.
