The two-story building comprises of four primary blocks, housing 12 large classrooms, staff rooms and gender-neutral WC facilities. The primary access point features a glazed atrium to add valuable natural light and a double height, functional breakout space. Externally, the building utilises render, timber and masonry to break up the large elevation and multi-level flat roofs to add interest to the building profile. A green field site on the perimeter of the school grounds was selected to permit future expandability of the facility.
The building is set to achieve a BREEAM rating of very good.
