Sixth Form Centre

The aim of this project was to enhance the social and learning spaces for the Sixth Form students.  The existing building was extended onto the adjacent rooftop to maximise cafe, social and study space and to allow the incorporation of a parent and staff meeting room, seminar room and staff offices. 

The external facade was replaced with full height 'Schuco' glazing to promote the feeling of spaciousness throughout.  Rooflights were also incorporated into the extension.

The project incorporated a new servery and a plethora of furniture throughout, including booths, sofas, private desks and co-working spaces to accommodate the various methods of learning.

The project commenced in May and is due to reach Practical Completion in December.
