Park Stables - Ascot

Situated within the idyllic grounds of Windsor Great Park, the development transformed the derelict stable complex at Sunninghill Park into residential accommodation.  The design emphasis being to retain the style, character and original features of a late 19th century buildings, allowing them to blend seamlessly into the royal landscape. 

The works included extensive internal reconfiguration and refurbishment to bring the properties up to high quality letting standard.  The new accommodation provides five spacious units of varying sizes, totalling 600 m2, across the three stable buildings.

Sustainable features included solar panels, air source heat pumps and low temperature under floor heating to the ground floors.
