Leeds United East and South Stand Works

The principle scope of works was to create office space in the void under the terraced concrete structure.  This was achieved with the introduction of a mezzanine floor bearing off the existing cross beams and new cladding to the rear of the South Stand.

These works included the reconfiguration of existing accommodation together with the provision of improved vertical circulation, a new bar and servery facility.

Key benefits of this project included:

- Improved access to facilities on match days.

- Increased revenue from encouraging supporters into the Club on non-match days.
