Dell Park Lodge - Surrey

The project is located at the outskirts of Windsor Great Park.  The existing lodge (280 m2) built in the early 1900s has been partially gutted internally but retains the exterior, which has been renovated in line with planning constraints.  The adjacent courtyard building (49 m2) was also converted into a self-contained guest house with conservatory.

Other internal features of the project include:

- A glass and stainless steel gallery corridor with balustrade overlooking the open plan area of the kitchen and living space at ground floor level.

- Master bedroom with triangular gable window and balcony bathroom overlooking.

- Conservatory and teak decking at the rear creating a feeling of ‘spaciousness’.

- ‘Rapunzel’ stainless steel, teak and curved glass balcony.
