Working in partnership with RHUL to upgrade and protect the prestigious Grade I listed Founder's Building.

Phase I - Passive Fire Stopping

The main focus of Phase I was to effectively manage all unprotected penetrations through 60 & 30 minute compartment lines.

Phase II - Fire Door Replacements

This phase includes the replacement and certification of all new and existing fire doors within both 60 & 30 minutes compartments.

Working in partnership with experienced heritage consultants this phase includes over 250 internal door replacements within a live environment.
