Significant research preceded the construction of this facility to ensure that all of the objectives were met, amidst tight planning constraints and cost control.
The building’s principal features comprise:

Accommodation including changing rooms, leisure and dining areas, offices, teaching and community facilities.

External treatment complementing the adjacent first team training facility including curtain walling, brass cladding and projecting eaves.
A separate contract was placed for new youth and community pitches to complete this facility for which HDC acted as Quantity Surveyor and Project Co-ordinator.
This project included:

Floodlit match, all weather and various practice pitches, goalkeeper training area and a new lake used for irrigation.
