Multi-Use Hall
This project includes the provision of a multi-use hall, which caters to a multitude of sporting and academic activities. The building also includes a fitness suite, climbing wall and staff
offices.
The external façade has been sympathetically designed to blend seamlessly with the existing structures. This is particularly important given the grade II listed status of the adjacent mansion
house.
A living wall provides a striking focal point, and feeds into the client’s aspiration to enhance the ecological and sustainable credentials of their estate. The inclusion of a large PV array and
air source heat pump further feed into to this sustainability strategy.
Internally, the space has been fit out to a high standard, including bespoke timber joinery and acoustic sports panelling. This assists in creating a space that is not only functional, but also aesthetically impressive. As an extension of an existing structure, the space has been designed to flow seamlessly with the existing areas of the building.
