East and South Stand Redevelopment
These works included the reconfiguration of existing accommodation together with the provision of improved vertical circulation, a new bar and servery facility.
The principle scope of works was to create office space in the void under the terraced concrete structure. This was achieved with the introduction of a mezzanine floor bearing off the existing cross beams and new cladding to the rear of the South Stand.
