The project involved:

  • The project involved the stripping out of four floors of offices, the reception and a roof mounted plant area. This was followed by an office fit-out to create four floors of open-plan offices totalling 75,000 sq ft.

    Key features of the project include:

  • Re-modelled reception area with new security barriers

  • Replacement of all Mechanical and Electrical services

  • Refurbishment of the existing lifts

    The work was undertaken in phases so as to minimise the effect on the existing occupiers of other floors.

    This Project was Phase 1, the other floors are to be refurbished in due course.

    The building was delivered to a high standard with HDC undertaking Quantity Surveying duties as well as assisting with project co-ordination.
