Property Maintenance Works for Network Rail

This project was for maintenance works for Network Rail throughout the country and lasted for 3 years, comprising thousands of operations across many sites.
The maintenance contract was awarded to Serco who employed HDC, placing surveyors in their offices in Tadworth, Canterbury, Harlow, Warrington and Glasgow.
The works were administered using an agreed schedule of rates although there were many specialist aspects which required other methods of valuation.
HDC also interfaced with the Network Rail Auditors, successfully concluding the many final accounts.
This is one of many projects undertaken by HDC for Serco.
