The principle scope of works was to create office space in the void under the terraced concrete structure by the introduction of a mezzanine floor bearing off the existing cross beams and new cladding to the rear of the South Stand. These works included the reconfiguration of existing accommodation together with the provision of improved vertical circulation, a new bar and servery facility.

Key features of the project included:

  • Improved access to facilities on match days

  • The opportunity to encourage the supporters into the Club at off-peak times on non match days
