  • Forty seat, acoustically sealed cinema screening room with entertainment and catering facilities

  • Single spine steel staircases linking primary working spaces

  • Custom steel glazed partitions

  • Bespoke concrete reception desk

  • Multi-coloured, custom designed office joinery units

  • Oak flooring throughout

    The building was delivered to a high standard with HDC playing an active role throughout as the client agent, project manager and quantity surveyor.
