This scheme involved alteration and refurbishment of the existing office building on six floors to form a new high quality headquarters building (758 sqm).

The principal features of the building are:

  • Remodelled front façade at ground level

  • Provision of rear glazed façade, providing access to the third floor balcony via the Board Room

  • The replacement of the existing internal concrete staircase with a stainless steel staircase including glass treads and balustrading

  • Remodelled reception/ foyer

  • Removal of the rear wall at three levels and introducing a glazed façade

    HDC also acted as Quantity Surveyors and Client advisors on the London residence of the owner of Red Bull.
