WORK PHILOSOPHY
Hand Deere & Cox employ a high proportion of experienced and qualified surveyors with Partners actively involved on a day-to-day basis, often acting as the project surveyor. This contributes significantly to our key aim of providing a quality service to our Clients. We also employ a number of junior staff who work under the close supervision of more senior surveyors, actively promoting their training.

QUALITY SYSTEMS
Our objective is to provide reliable cost information, guidance and cost control at each stage of the construction process and place the Client, and his representatives, in control by keeping them aware of the cost and contractual implications of their decisions during the building process.
